According, to the newer studies the results shows that if you work over nine hours a day, you are putting yourself at some great risks. This doesn’t just remain shibboleth when you get to hear of the younger ones getting heart attacks and facing hypertension, strokes, high-stress levels and anxiety disorders. India works more than a Japan
According to the study, the Indian youth today is contributing about 52 hours a week at work, against 46 hours which is the average of the youth of Japan!
About 66% of the workers feel lonely
About 77% workers need someone to share feelings
In the same study also said that 77 percent want someone to be there with whom they can share their highs and lows.
63% of the employees work hard as they want to
It also discovered that 63 percent of them had to work harder than they wanted to because of competition common in their companies.
42.5% employees are depressed
According to ASSOCHAM, around 42.5 percent of employees in India are depressed.
